Amazing, isn't it? How quickly a body disintegrates with neglect?
Take working out for instance. You can run and run and run, then take just a few measly days off and … whammo. Back to square one. Sheesh. There's no rest for the weary. I'm finding there's no rest for the lazy, either, in a kind of funny oxymoronic way.

hmmmm... seems to be the best bit of advice i ever heard on exercise was....
don't do it alone! find a 'sweat-buddy'! and a REAL fun way to sweat... let's see... what can two people do together thats much more fun then doing it alone? Stumped? (ask a neighbor)
Gawd, I haven't been in the habit of working out for 10 years. A habit that I did religiously for the 10 years prior to that. An hour or MORE every single day. Often more. But, I wasn't working full time and I was obviously younger and had more energy. I've got to make some changes. Really. I have got to get a grip on myself. But, not tonight okay!!?!? Maybe tomorrow. I'm too tired to hold on to myself today. Thanks for the email sweetie. My fingers have been too tired to respond!! :-) But, my appreciation is sincere. Finally a weekend coming up where I have NOTHING planned! Glorious nothing. I'm so looking forward to it!!! Maybe I'll even stay in my pajamas all weekend. That would be kewl!
Hahah, sis! I'm gettin' all sweaty just thinking about a goodd workout!
